Job Requirements

o   Experience:

• Overall experience of 1-3 years of experience.
• 2+ years of Java technology development experience
• Familiar with PHP, related tools and technics will be an advantage

o   Technical Skills:

§ Proficient in JAVA-related technologies, J2EE architecture and design patterns, and skilled use of Webservice-related technologies. Skilled use of mainstream open source application frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, IBatis, Struts2, etc.

• Skilled use of SQL database, related technologies, and tools

1. Strong in basics of MySQL concepts
2. Able to build high efficient SQL statements and check on efficiency and performance
3. Have a comprehensive grasp of the performance of SQL statements to enhance

• Familiar with the Internet development model, familiar with the commonly used caching mechanism (Memcached, Redis, etc.) and message queue technology (Kafka,rabbitMQ, etc.)
• Familiar with Web front-end technology, including Javascript, AJAX, JSON, JQuery, and other development frameworks

o   Functional/ Technical Skills:

• Participate in the research and analysis of requirements during the project implementation process
• Participate in design and architecture discussions and decision-making process
• Participate in the testing process, hand in hand with Product Managers and QA

o   Interpersonal Skill:

• Good team player
• Good communication (written and oral) skills

Qualification:

• BE or MCA from a reputed institution/ university
• Work experience of 2+years in Software Product companies (preferred) (Software Project companies can be considered)
